Which carriers do you use to ship?

We use USPS for both domestic and international orders.

How can I track my order? 

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.  If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service littlesaigonofficial@gmail.com

Shipment Refusal

If you refuse a shipment from Little Saigon Official, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Little Saigon Official. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.  You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package; this fee is not included in your shipping fee.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 

*Merchandise must be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt.

*Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached

*Sale / discounted items items are final sale.

*Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

*All UNDERGARMENTS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All FACE MASKS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All SHOES are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All SOCKS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All HATS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All HOME GOODS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

U.S. Returns

Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. International Returns

Orders may be returned using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages.  Please include your invoice or order number.
